On vacation in Costa Rica many years ago, we visited a coffee plantation.  The freshly roasted, high-quality coffee opened our minds to how fantastic coffee could taste.  We packed our suitcases full of this coffee to share with our friends and family at home.  Our search for coffee of this caliber at home led us to start roasting coffee.
