This delightfully fruity tea from organic coffee cherries is shade-grown in the Caranavi district of Bolivia.
What exactly is cascara? It’s the dried husk of the coffee cherry. The husk is removed from the bean in the washing process, then dried in the sun. The tea is excellent brewed hot or cold, with or without honey or sugar. It is deliciously fruity, light in taste, and loaded with antioxidants.
